Yes you can. The standard size is 55 inches (1310x750x805cm – Width/height/length). Custom sizes usually take longer to produce and there may be an extra charge depending on the required size.

What operating system is inviDESK™ running on?
inviDESK™ can be configured according to your needs to run on a mac or a pc environment. The system can work on either OS X lion or windows 7 (multi-touch is natively supported only on windows configurations).
What software can I install on inviDESK™?
You can run any Mac or PC application available out there. All windows based applications that support gestures or multi-touch are compatible with inviDESK™. You can also ask for a custom software solution.

inviDESK™ engine is a unique, patented software that is included in your inviDESK™ system. It extends windows 7 functionality, enabling a more interactive exploration of your multimedia files.

What are the actual dimensions of the standard 55" model?

How easy is it to set up inviDESK™ solution?
Extremely easy! Unpack, plug-in the power supply and turn it on. Alternatively you can ask our technical support team to set it up for you. If you need training on how to use inviDESK™, log-in here and download the manuals and training videos. Alternatively you can ask for a live training session from our technical support team.
How mobile is inviDESK™?
Although inviDESK™ is a rather big gadget, it’s quite easy to move around. It weights around 90 kilograms and the interactive screen can be detached from the base unit. It is however recommended to ask our technical support team to move it for you.

What are the guarantee options?
1 year limited guarantee for computer and screen provided by their manufacturers. 1 year full guarantee for base and interactive panel. You can extent the guarantee plans. Ask for more information upon purchase.
How do I make software upgrades?

What happens if I accidentally damage the interactive screen?
inviDESK™ has 1 year guarantee. Although it’s extremely hard to damage the tempered glass screen, you can always ask for a replacement in case you accidentally damage it.

Can I transfer data from other devices, such as mobile phones, cameras etc?
Yes you can. Turn on your Bluetooth device and inviDESK™ will show it on the list. Alternatively transfer your data on your server or network and drag-and-drop into inviDESK™.
How do I connect to the internet?
If you already have a network, you need to do nothing! inviDESK™ will automatically find your network and ask to join it. You simply need to provide your network’s password (if required).
