What personal information we collect
When you purchace inviDESK we automatically create a REACT-IN ID for you. You may then be asked to register your product, purchase another product, download a software update, ask for training etc. In these occasions we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and possible comments you may make.
How we use your personal information
• The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on REACT-IN’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and advertising.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
We also collect non-personal information trough Google Analytics − data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. All such information is collected via Google Analytics and is for statistic purposes only.
Cookies and Other Technologies
Our sites do not use “cookies” or any other tracking technologies. All information collected from our sites is through the site’s contact forms. No automatic gathering of personal information takes place in any way.

At times REACT-IN may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with REACT-IN to provide products and services, or that help REACT-IN market to customers.
Children
Children under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services, and we ask that such persons not submit personal information to us. We believe that it's important that parents supervise their children when they are online.
